Sew Steady® Insert or Inset

Sew Steady® Cabinet insets and inserts fill the gaps around your sewing area, allowing you to work more efficiently and comfortably. Like their tables, Sew Steady® inserts are made with one of the highest grades of acrylic, and are made to order to guarantee customer satisfaction. Because each insert or inset is designed to fit your individual sewing machine and cabinet, the information below is required to ensure a perfect fit. 

1. Determine which size insert you need, measure the length and width of the cabinet opening and add it together.
   1. Small Inset / Insert: combine length + width of cabinet opening = less than 29″
   2. Medium Inset / Insert: combine length + width of cabinet opening = 29″ – 35″
   3. Large Inset / Insert: combine length + width of cabinet opening = 35″ – 41″
   4. Extra Large Inset / Insert: combine length + width of cabinet opening = more than 41″
      
2. Check if your table opening has a built-in lip, a 1/4" down to hold the insert.
3. Determine your cabinet make + model and your machine make + model
