Refund policy

Returns must be pre-authorized by us. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you have any issues with your product or service, please contact us directly, we are happy to assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items, any Fabric yardage/pre-cuts, patterns/books, or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Service and Repairs
At Poppy Quilt N Sew, we take great pride in our work and are committed to providing the highest quality service. However, as we are only human, occasional errors can occur. If you encounter any issues with our quilting or machine services, please contact us right away. We offer a 30-day period for you to thoroughly inspect and test your machine for any potential issues. After 30 days, an additional fee may apply for any further servicing required.

Any items left for service with Poppy Quilt N Sew must be picked up within 14 days of completion notification to avoid a $2.00 per day storage fee. Items not picked up within 60 days of completion, after multiple documented attempts to contact the customer, will forfeit any deposit paid and may become the property of Poppy Quilt N Sew.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and custom orders. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items, patterns/books, cut yardage, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue you a store credit.
