  • How long does longarm quilting take?
Our lead time varies throughout the year. In general, you can expect your quilt to be ready in 8-10 weeks. Our staff will provide you with a more accurate estimate during intake.

We ask that your backing is a minimum of 4" larger than your quilt top on all sides.
  • What if I don't have my backing fabric yet?
Poppy's staff is happy to help you find the perfect backing from our beautiful selection of 108" prints.
  • Do I bring my own thread? No. Poppy's staff will help you choose from a wide selection of thread options in-store.
  • Do I need to bring my own batting? No. Poppy's is proud to carry Hobbs Heirloom® Batting for our quilting services, but we accept other high-quality brands at our discretion.
