This Cover All Binder Cover is an easy and fun project that covers a 1/2" to 1" 3-ring binder and requires the following to complete; all you need is 3/8 yard for the cover, 3/8 yard of lightweight fusible batting or flannel and 8" by 17" accent fabric for pockets thread for assembly and machine quilting. Accent fabric for decoration.
