Join us at Poppy’s for an inspiring, virtual longarm quilting event with Amanda Murphy! Whether you’re curious about sit-down quilting, frame quilting, automation, or how these techniques can work together, this is a wonderful opportunity to discuss the possibilities and build your quilting confidence.
Amanda will join us live virtually, with everyone gathering together in person in the Poppy’s classroom. **This is an in-classroom event only; there will not be a virtual attendee option.** You’ll be able to follow along with Amanda’s presentation while enjoying time to ask questions, connect with fellow quilters, and try things out during the hands-on demo breaks!
Amanda will share her own approach to quilting, including what she is thinking about and watching for as she quilts free motion, how she plans for custom automation within a block, and ways to combine ruler work, free motion, and automation for beautiful results. We’ll also have machines set up during breaks so you can explore and play with the techniques being discussed.
